If you are having a problem with your order or shipping confirmation and did not receive a tracking number, then please also have a look at your spam folder. If you still have not received it, then just kindly tell us and we will send it to you manually.

We are usually responding within 48-72 hours after receiving your email (due to the currently high amount of tickets and the New Year's Eve). Please also keep an eye on your spam folder to not miss out on our answer and make sure, that your mailbox has enough space to receive our response.
